I somehow missed the greatness of the second single by Belgian Star Academy winner Katerine Avgoustakis when I first heard it, but when it popped up on my MP3 player this morning I realised its true amazingness. It's a top of the range catchy pop song. You can listen to clips of all the songs from her album on her
web site and it sounds like a very consistent collection of pop, with hints of dance and rock. She also sounds a bit like Nadine Coyle but luckily doesn't look like an alien. This 22-year-old could well rival Kate Ryan for the prestigious title of best Belgian pop star.
